Sagrada Familia wasn't built in a day.
Gaudí sketched his dream in 1882, a vision of nature in stone.
One lifetime wasn't enough to complete it.
Generations have passed, yet it stands unfinished.
They say 2026 might be the year.
We'll believe it when we see it.
This isn't just a church.
It's a lesson in patience.
141 years of sweat, setbacks, and small victories.
Each generation leaves its mark on Gaudí's dream,
As light dances through ever-evolving stained glass.
There's something beautiful about being unfinished.
The journey itself becomes the masterpiece.
A living reminder that we are all works in progress, forever evolving.
True legacy isn't about reaching the end.
It's about daring to dream big.
Gaudí never saw his spires reach the sky,
Start your own Sagrada Familia today.
What will you build that outlasts your lifetime?
The scaffolding is as much a part of the story as the final stone.
Who knows? In a century, it might just change the world.
In a world of instant gratification,
What patience will you cultivate?
Question of the day - What dream will you dare to leave unfinished?
Never been a fan of how Sagrada Familia looks on the outside. Made me think Gaudi was an oddball.
But some friends recently did an Iberian cruise and posted some great photos of the cathedral's interior that now makes me consider Gaudi an oddball genius. The colorful lighting coming through the huge windows was stunning and beautiful, and changed over the day.
Wonderful message.
