The Problem with Smart People

Dear Unlearners,

Smart people are the worst.

They've spent their whole lives being the smartest person in the room. Getting the highest grades. Having the right answers.

But the market doesn't care how smart you are.

The market cares about the value you create.

Smart people often fail because:

• They overthink simple solutions

• They're afraid to look stupid

• They believe being right matters more than being effective

The most successful people I know aren't the smartest. They're the ones who are willing to look dumb, try obvious solutions, and keep pushing when smart people quit.

Maybe it's time to stop being so smart.
