Hi unlearner,
I have a family emergency and someone is sick in my family. I will take a week off from writing to be with my loved ones during this time. Thank you for understanding. Your patience means a lot to me. I look forward to returning to share my daily lessons soon.
Don't create too much trouble while I am away. Keep unlearning.
The other day, a friend told me that her favorite thing I taught her was something very simple:
The most important skill in life is solving problems.
Life changes all the time. The only thing we know for sure is that things will change.
We don't always have a solution ready. If we can be flexible enough to solve issues, life will become a lot easier. It's not just about having answers, but knowing how to find them. When life throws curveballs, we need to adapt.
Breaking down big issues into smaller parts helps. It's like solving a puzzle, piece by piece. This approach makes tough situations less scary. We can tackle each small problem one at a time.
Some people think they're bad at solving problems. But it's a skill anyone can learn and improve. Practice helps. Start with small everyday challenges. Then work up to bigger ones.
Remember, it's okay not to have all the answers right away. Nobody does.
The key is to keep trying different solutions. Learn from what works and what doesn't. This way, we get better at handling whatever life sends our way.
You will never go hungry if you can solve other people's problems.
People pay for solutions. Whether it's a business fixing customer issues or a friend helping out, problem solvers are always in demand. Companies pay a lot of money to those who can solve the unknown. Entrepreneurs succeed by solving market needs.
In a world full of challenges, problem solvers will always find their place. They'll never run out of work or ways to make a living.
If you can learn one skill, learn how to solve problems.
Unitl next time,
Cammi
