Dear Unlearners,
The higher the IQ, the better the excuses.
Smart people don't make better decisions. They just have more sophisticated ways to justify bad ones.
They write eloquent manifestos about staying in toxic relationships. They create complex spreadsheets to prove their failing businesses just need one more quarter.
Intelligence becomes a weapon of self-destruction when paired with ego. We use our processing power to defend problems instead of solving them, creating complex justifications for simple stupidity.
You can explain quantum physics but can't explain why you keep dating people who are emotionally unavailable.
The tragedy isn't in being wrong. It's in being too smart to admit it.
Perhaps the smartest thing you can do is accept that being smart isn't enough.
